| i usually like 'wandering aimlessly' books but i didn't have any patience for this. sentence structure and tone never let me know if something important or interesting was going on | |

Summed up in one word, Raw Shark Texts is fascinating. I picked it up at the library and had never even heard of it before, but the first page had me hooked. It's a very different read than a traditional book (at least the kind i usually read!)...the author does some really interesting and unique things with words and typography. While it is not perfectly executed, it definitely shows promise for this author (this is his first book). It explores some interesting ideas and concepts. As a writer and lover of words, you should definitely check it out.
