About this author

Denise Baer was born and raised on the South Side of Chicago. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.

Her dark, psychological suspense novel, Net Switch, is now available on Createspace, Amazon and Barnes & Noble in paperback and e-book form.

Denise has poems published in Danse Macabre in the Kismet (February 2010) and Belles Lettres (April 2010) issues. Her published poetry e-book, Sipping a Mix of Verse, is also available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

Pain and recovery are like a burst of light—intense and then dulls. It’s still there except during the hibernation moments when you get to catch your breath and find life again. Now I find myself in this hibernation period.

What I do for fun is read and I enjoy doing creative things like creating the bookmark I sent you. I also love traveling and seeing different cultures.
