Rosalie Pope was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and currently resides in Reno, Nevada. She is a working mother of two and happily married to her best friend. Growing up with her two brothers, they always had pets of all kinds in the house. Dogs, cats, hamsters, rabbits, birds, you name it, we had it! It's no wonder, Rosalie (Roe as she likes to be called) grew up to be an avid dog lover. She has a knack for picking out the dogs that will always cause chaos and mayhem. It would be too easy to have a dog that actually obeyed. Well, actually, she did have one dog like that, Xena Princess Warrior!
