Angela Tan Thanks for adding, CJ! Would you mind reading the reviews I've written for Captive in the Dark [https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...] and Epilogue [https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...]?

I seriously have no words to describe the love I have for this trilogy. Never wished so badly before for fictional characters to be real.
Your series is the one that makes people want to pick up its sequel right away! ASAP!
Cheers. And Happy Thanksgiving :)

JessBess3800 Ms. Roberts thank you so much for the add. Your series is by far the best I have read in a very long time and I look forward to seeing more from you.

I don't know, I still think he kept a lot of his edge. It's just now it's all consensual which is a good thing. I liked that we got to see his vulnerable side, his fear of losing Livvie, etc. This made me see him as human with feelings, not the monster he was in Captive in the Dark.

Anyway, Bravo! I loved the entire series. It was very dark and intense but captivating for sure.

It's been interesting for sure. Some are saying Epi is their fave because Caleb is so different. Others couldn't get behind it for the same reason. Strangely, I think BOTH are true.

Mercy Cortez Hi C.J.

I just wanted to thank you, I have read books that claim to be like yours but they don't have the same dynamic that you wrote for Caleb and Livvie. The only book to ever come close was Held by Kimberley A. Bettes and that is in no way a love story and so I will leave the tortured love to you.

Your series is so original and your writing is superb; you inspire me as a writer and I think you should be so proud of yourself.

Thank you for taking your time and speaking to fans (AKA Calebs Kittens) it means the world.

Please never stop writing; because I for one will never stop reading what you have to write.

message 63: by Motherofpearl (last edited Jun 07, 2013 11:19AM)

Motherofpearl I've been reading many erotic romance books and I just want to say your books (Dark Duet series) are still my number one! Your writing style still my favorite writing style. I think most writers do not give enough attention to the coherence of the story and your Dark Duet series is so important because there is coherence in the story which makes it look like real. Coherence and balances are two main important features which make a good story better. Without these, even though you have a good starting point, the book becomes unreal, ridiculous and meaningless.

So, I want to thank you for your writing style. :)

♔Beth♔ XoXo I had this question for a while now, livvie when she chose the name Sophia Cole. The last name was it because of Caleb ?! His real name was James Cole, does she know that he's Vladek’s son ?!
