About this author

Paula Cisewski is the author of Ghost Fargo, selected by Franz Wright for the Nightboat Poetry Prize, Upon Arrival, and of three chapbooks. A Jerome grant and MSAB Grant recipient, her poems appear regularly in literary magazines such as Matter Monthly; Cant; Poetry City, USA; Forklift, OH; H_NGM_N; A Handsome Journal; The BOMBlog; Burnside Review; REVOLUTIONesque; Everyday Genius; and failbetter.com.

While raising her son and earning her BA from St. Catherine's University and her MFA from Vermont College of Fine Arts, Paula worked in warehouses, was a mosaic artist mentor to Minneapolis teens, owned a coffee shop, and waited one million tables around the Twin Cities.
