About this author

My name’s Austin Briggs. I’ve spent over 10 years researching the history of the Aztec Empire and the Spanish Conquest with a dream of creating a historical fiction series that would fascinate readers who like a good history-based tale. I’ve been a soldier in the Russian army, an officer in the United Nations, and a global manager of a Fortune 10 company. I’ve been both a local and an outsider, a member of the majority...more

Lady Gossamyr shows up on silky wings, commanding a battalion of Fay.

Caliph Abdul al-Bashir brings potions and books, along with his Assassins’ Guild.

Ragnar alights from his war chariot with a blazing flail in hand.

Finally, I, Sir Ian, Lion of Albion, draw my trusty sword.

And thus kicks off our Artistic Anachronism Club!

Paolo Jose Cruz.

Austin Briggs Hi Stuart,

Thanks for your note - just received Epiphany, looking forward to it (will read after finishing the 2 books I've committed to).

I've read some reviews, looks like Epiphany will be quite an emotional roller-coaster. Russia, Africa, US... all sounds very exciting. And you created an Aztec jewelry line? That's some diverse talents! :)

Austin.

Stuart Land Austin, you've lived a lot of lives and are still going strong. I like that. Your book on my TBR list. I created a line of Aztec jewelry once, so I'm at least familiar with the art. Thanks again for requesting Epiphany. Did you know one of the characters is Russian?
