About this author

Robert Eaton lives in Upstate New York, where the definition of summer is two months of bad sledding. He loves heavy metal, whether it is blasting from his radio, clanging in his gym, or rattling on the armored bodies of the characters he writes.

Robert Eaton is a proud member of the Genre Underground

Jason Halstead Hey Robert - I just spent four days in northwestern New York camping! Beautiful countryside there and everything impressed me. I bet it's a downright miserable place in the winter though!

message 5: by Anna

Anna Dye Robert, is your book Adult or YA?
Does it have sex or swearing in it?
I want to add it to my listmania in Amazon and I need to know to which list it goes.
Thanks.

It's not so bad here in the winter. You know, assuming you like not feeling your toes.

My book is more adult than YA. Rated PG-13 for violence, sexual situations, and mild language. It's not a hard and fast rule, but I try to avoid George Carlin's seven dirty words.

It's a world of laughter,
A world of tears,
It's a world of hopes,
And a world of fears,
There's so much that we share,
That it's time we're aware,
It's a small world after all.

Is it stuck in your head yet?

Nice to meet you. I hope you enjoy The Hero Always Wins. When you read it, don't forget to tell me what you think!

message 18: by Janet

Janet Thank you for connecting. I'm really looking forward to reading your work. I noticed you're a fan of Lewis Carroll, who is also one of my favorite authors.

message 19: by Robert

Robert Eaton Hi Janet!

I love Lewis Carroll. I probably read Alice in Wonderland more than any other book when I was growing up. That might just be because it's shorter than my other favorite books, but doesn't diminish from Carroll's genius!

I hope you'll check out my book The Hero Always Wins, and if you do, don't forget to tell me what you think!
