1. Do you have a Starbucks addiction? Let’s form a support group. (I’ll bring the Starbucks.)

2. Ever find yourself at CVS for 30+ minutes? Over here, I’m waving from the vitamin B12 section!

3. Did you remember your CVS ExtraCare card and/or ExtraBucks coupon? Me, neither. We'll get 'em next time, friend.

2. Stop telling yourself it’s booty and keep writing until you’re finished going nowhere, per your daily word count.
3. Crap, you haven’t set a daily word count yet? Please do so now. Choose a number that won’t overwhelm you to the point of feeling defeated before you’ve even started. If 500 is good enough for Ernest Hemingway...
4. Don’t move until you’ve finished your daily word count!
5. On second thought, maybe you should do 10 jumping jacks every 25 minutes, because sitting is the new smoking and I’m starting to worry about your blood circulation.
6. When you’re not writing, keep pursuing the other things that inspire you (besides writing), because otherwise you’ll definitely go crazy.
7. Focus on enjoying the process, not getting to the end result, which is never as "all that" as you think it’s going to be. (less)
