I'm sort of at a loss as to what to really rate this book. Not because it is not good; it is very engaging. Because it is in fact, engaging.
I've read several reviews now that I've finished the book that place it as a hybrid of The Matrix and 1984,... " Read more of this review » |

What a lovely book with many twists and turns that aren't expected and an interesting take on the spirit world. I enjoyed to see the different relationships in Belinda's life grow. The end of the book was happy, but not the usual sappy kind. I can...

“Are you saying the end of human suffering began with an amusement park?”
“I’m saying the end of human suffering is a myth.”
“But everyone’s happy.”
“You think that just because a person doesn’t question the way the system works that means they agree with it? And if they do agree that must mean they’re happy? Are you happy?”

Hey - I was saddened and excited in equal measure to hear of your genre-jumping plans - I hope you'll let me know under which pen name you'll be writing so I can read whatever your next project will be (I love dystopian, but I'm not fussy with regards to genre - I'll read anything, especially if I know it's by an author I enjoy!)
