Hi, I'm Adela. I like to read a lot, and sometimes I write things too.

Poem (Science Fiction & Fantasy)

Description: Why is it that all of my poetry of late is Doctor Who-related? I think I'm going through withdrawal. Also this poem is really long, I apologize.
Poem (Poetry)

Description: A poem written for my creative writing class, modelled after the poem "Thirteen Ways of Looking at a Blackbird" by Wallace Stevens. Subtle undertones of Doctor Who, but only Whovians would really understand.

Hi Kenna! Again, sorry for not seeing this until now! Goodreads really needs to notify us when we have comments on our profiles... anyway.

I'm sorry to hear about the rough time you've been having, but I'm glad to hear you're doing okay. And I guess we've never talked about our cats before, or you'd know that my cat is named Luna too!

Are you still working on that book? What's it about?

Wow, Kenna! I'm sorry I didn't see this until now! I don't get a notification when you comment here, so I only know about it if I scroll all the way down, which I don't usually do...

I was actually thinking about you the other day, and the fact that I haven't heard from you in a while! I've been very well. I don't think my book is available any more since I haven't done anything with it since 2010 (because it's a self-published book, I don't think it's available unless there are actually a lot of people buying it or something, I don't know).

But I am working on a lot of things and I hope to try to publish a new (much better) book in the next couple of years--and actually publish it, not self-publish it. :P

How've you been?
