About this author

Rhys Chamberlain (1981-) is a teacher of "30 wonderful 12 & 13 year old kids" and a part time sports correspondent for the Otago Daily Times in New Zealand.

He has written numerous short stories including My iPod, My Sanity which won The Writers Desk short story competition in 2009.

He recently completed his first novel, a crime thriller titled 'Emotion' set in Auckland, New Zealand, which he started writing in 2008. It is currently in the top 10 New Zealand mystery/thrillers on Amazon/Kindle.

He is working on his next novel featuring Detective Sam Brooker and hopes to have it released in the near future.

Rhys currently resides in Queenstown, New Zealand.


No Easy Hope by James Cook was a pretty good read. Set in Northarolina (which I wasexcitedabout as I lived in the state for a while), it follows Eric Riordon a man wrapped up in the quickly decaying World during a zombie outbreak.
