Living in Herts, UK and Newfoundland, Canada, Marshall Buckley is married (twice) with 5 children, 4 dogs, 4 cats and (at the last count) 6 small fish. These numbers are likely to change at any time.

He works in the computer games industry and is also an IT specialist. But not for the computer games industry.

He writes (duh!), reads, plays games (duh again!) and tinkers with computers (you get the idea).

He can often be found on Twitter (@MarshallBuckley), occasionally talking about books, often helping out poor souls with tech issues (feel free to ask for help) but mostly doing neither just, you know, socialising. Wine is frequently mentioned as are pistachios.

Oh, and just in case you're at all confused, he's 2 people: Marshall and Buckley. I

I love Richard Laymon - certainly my favourite all-time author.
I'm revisiting his books now, and discovering some I'd missed, like this one.
Sadly, not one of his best, though he perfectly captures the sex-mad mind of a teenage boy...
I felt the ending

Graceling and Fire are two of my most favourite books of all time. Although I haven't reviewed them on Goodreads, if I had they would both be 5-star books (and are the standard by which I set my ratings - thus, nothing else has achieved 5-stars yet). ...more

I'm not really the target audience for this, to be honest, but I found it an enjoyable read (and, in my opinion, better than The Hating Game - almost certainly a result of Talli gaining more experience as a writer).

Disappointing - not an awful read by any means, entertaining enough from the Kindle sample to make me buy the whole book, but seemed to lose its way, meaning towards the end I couldn't wait to finish it because it was irritating me.
Perhaps, having no
