I was *this* close to getting When the Butterflies came at the book store!!! My mom is going to get it on Amazon though! *phew*
I just finished The Healing Spell in three days! It was really good! I'm so excited for When The Butterflies Came to come out! It's getting closer!!! I'm really, really excited!
Your welcome! :) Thank you too! Ha ha! I only got one book sadly for this Christmas. But a bunch of others I guess put to one because I got a Kindle Fire! *squeels* And the one book that I got was THE HEALING SPELL!!! I have been telling my mom how much I want it and how much I would love it and she got it for me! I'm excited to continue reading it! It's amazing so far!

Dear Kenna, I hope your mother can find it in one of the libraries around you - or did you know that you can actually ask the librarians to order a copy? THE HEALING SPELL is in paperback now, too, on places like Amazon and Barnes & Noble for only $5.99. I think you'll like it since there are connections to CIRCLE OF SECRETS. It will help pass the time until next January when my BUTTERFLY book comes out!

Hi Kenna, thank you SO much for writing to me! I'm always thrilled to hear from my readers and I'm so excited that you love my books so much! That makes my whole year to hear that!
And gosh, thanks for the kudos on the book trailer and my looks, too, you are very sweet! :-)
My next book comes out in a year from now. It's called WHEN THE BUTTERFLIES CAME and you'll see it in libraries and the Book Fairs, too.
I know that a year is a looong time to wait - I have a hard time waiting too, but I have a lot of work to do meanwhile to get it ready to be published, as well as Scholastic who creates the beautiful cover art and design.

And hey, I will actually be in Provo, Utah this weekend for the LDStorymakers conference and there is a huge book signing with dozens of LDS authors at the Provo Marriott from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. on Friday, May 10th if you'd like to come with your parents and meet me and get a copy autographed. :-) (I can't remember how far from Provo you are . . . but spread the word!)
