Description:
26-year old Pepper Bibeau deals with a few unresolved personal problems while she plugs away at her new job as an insurance investigator for a Wisconsin-based company.
Ten months out of the Army after a 12-month tour of Vietnam with the Army Nurse Corps, she experiences what was once referred to as "shell shock" or "combat fatigue." Pepper also begins to question her decision to have relatives in Hawaii raise her son.
Her latest investigation takes her to Chicago where she witnesses the devastating consequences of one person's greed.

Tracy, thanks for friending back! The weather in Hawaii is always "82 degrees" although the nights get downright chills during the "winter" months.
Thank you for the friend request. It must be wonderful living in Hawaii. I always wanted to visit there.
