Helen Croydon is author of Sugar Daddy Diaries, a confessional memoir which explores the attraction of power and questions modern models of relationships.
She is a freelance journalist, broadcaster and relationship commentator, specialising in topics surrounding modern relationships, sex, love and attraction.
She writes regularly for The Times, Sunday Times, The Telegraph, The Guardian, The Independent, The Daily Mail, and various magazines. She has a monthly column in The Erotic Review - 'Diary of a Commitment-phobe.' and has appeared as a relationship expert and commentator on discussion programmes for Channel 4, The Vanessa Show on Five, Current TV and several radio stations.
Helen worked as a producer and presenter for ITN for five years and has fronted two documentaries for Current TV, one which required her to try out niche (and cringe worthy) dating events and another where she experimented with anabolic steroids for a month!
She occasionally freelances as a producer for ITV News.
