is on page 100 of 452 of The River of No Return: Publishers take note: ebooks won't cannibalize hardcover (and possibly trade paperback) sales. I am finding it incredibly difficult to sit down and read a 400+ page ebook, whereas 200-300 pages (length of genre fiction) is no problem! There's a major, major chance I will go get this in print to save my efforts.
