2. Was Andria relatable in the way she handled her grief?

3. Everyone handles grief differently. But do you think Andria could... read more »

No One is Here Except All of Us by Ramona Ausubel
" This was one of the most random books I have read in a while. I appreciated the topic, I greatly enjoyed her literary style and writing, and once I was reading it was hard to stop. However none of those thing added up to actually enjoying the book... "

“A room without books is like a body without a soul.”

“I never know what I think about something until I read what I've written on it.”
William Faulkner

Mark Twain
“Substitute 'damn' every time you're inclined to write 'very;' your editor will delete it and the writing will be just as it should be.”
Mark Twain

Charles Martin
“People marvel at the genius of Mozart because he supposedly wrote "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" at the age of three and composed his first symphony at the age of twelve. And yes, of course he was a genius, but another way to look at it is that he just discovered early what it was God made him to do. That's all. For some reason, God gave him a little extra, or a little something different, and Mozart found out what that was and then got a head start on using it. Of course he was brilliant, but that's not the point. The point is he knew, and then he got to work.”
Charles Martin, When Crickets Cry

Charlotte Brontë
“We know that God is everywhere; but certainly we feel His presence most when His works are on the grandest scale spread before us; and it is in the unclouded night-sky, where His worlds wheel their silent course, that we read clearest His infinitude, His omnipotence, His omnipresence.”
Charlotte Brontë, Jane Eyre

Rachel I just took care of it. The saga has ended :) I am now back!! When are we getting together?

message 38: by Tim

Tim Miller Let me know when you are done with that book. I am almost done with everything I am reading and need something new. I may also start the kite runner soon. Thanks

message 37: by Rachel

Rachel You're still going tomorrow night, right? I will come pick you up a couple of minutes before seven :)

Christie That would be great! Thanks!

Christie I'm sorry I missed your comment yesterday. I was at my in-laws Halloween Party. I actually had some from when Hallie was Snow White. Sorry!!

Christie Thanks! I was so tired of my old picture, but I never seem to be in any so finally I just decided to change it to the next one I was in.

message 33: by Jenney

Jenney Jeana - Eric did bring me the book. Thank you!

*Christie* I didn't know you liked Edith Wharton! Ethan Frome is my favorite book of all time.

message 31: by Rachel

Rachel It doesn't surprise me. She's really popular :( Maybe they have stand by though in case not everybody shows up? I know at the South Jordan library they always let people in right before it starts, because there are always those that don't end up coming...
