It's been said that a writer should "write what you know" and my life seems to have had numerous lifetimes crammed into it already. I've walked the warrior's path, trained as a traditional shaman, and devoted a good portion of my time for countless years teaching people how to think outside the box and find themselves. I'm a devoted husband and partner, see being a father as the greatest honor Life can bestow upon someone, and somehow I still manage to find time to throw on a backpack and disappear into the wilderness for a few days at a time.

Desktop Wallpaper: Forgotten Rain

My eldest daughter told me, "Dad - I don't know how you see all these things you take pictures of." This photograph was taken two doors down from our home at the edge of our neighbor's front yard retaining wall. There is beauty everywhere - we just have to see it.
