I live and write in the Lowcountry of South Carolina. My first novel, The Trust, a legal thriller, was published in January of 2011. It was recently recognized with an IPPY award with a Bronze medal in the Mystey/Thriller/Suspense category.
I'm hard at work on a follow up to The Trust.

The Story Continues - Open Heart by Emlyn Chand

Back in November I reviewed Emlyn Chand's first novel, Farsighted . Loved it.

Chand opened my eyes to a genre that I had not previously considered in my zone of interest. That being Young Adult fiction. Since she nudged me towards these books, I have encountered some really good writers.

This is simply a great book. Set in rural South Carolina in the early 1960's the story, the dialogue, the characters and literally every aspect of this book will make you want to read it and then read it again.
