By day I design book covers for some of the biggest publishers in the UK . . . but once the sun sets I write paranormal romance and horror.

My debut vampire novel, Fledgling was published in September 2011, and I edited a vampire anthology called Fangtales, published in October 2011.

I enjoy rock music, all kinds of dance, and love cats, horses and the American desert. (And my husband and son of course!)

Our friends from Boston, Tori and Cacky Mellor, came to visit last October. Tori read the whole of Fledgling in two and a half days – in between visiting the Tower of London, Covent Garden and various pubs! Now that's friendship for you!
