Hi Ashley!
I'm thrilled to hear you enjoyed the series! As for Mike's future, I tried to imply in the final chapter that Mike's Dad, in response to Mike's suicidal ideations, was sending Mike to a residential mental health treatment program in the Southwest, and this is what sets Marco into a tailspin. As for Kris, I mention in Shay's chapter that Shay receives an email from him telling her he'll pick her up to help with the after-school theater program he runs. Kris goes back to his previous job of working at Alison's school (she's the person who runs the school in No Easy Way Out) and auditioning for his big break:)
Hope that satisfies the curiosity monster! ;)
Best wishes,
Dayna:)(less)

wonderful read. And having been a lawyer, a rather chillingly realistic portrayal of some aspects of firm life.

A great book, but I read it too slowly--the long sections of exposition took me out of the story when read this way, in small chunks. But the text is full of wonderful, quotable passages on love and loss and finding what is underneath the habits of t ...more
