On a scale of 1 to 5, with one meaning 'Poor' and 5 meaning 'Excellent', Judge 16 gave Heir to Power a "5" across the board for Plot, Grammar, Character Development and Production Quality/Cover Design. Judge 16 also offered these comments: "First in a series, this science fiction novel conjures up a fascinating world replete with an isolated community set in its way which has come to terms with a mysterious outsider.
