Born. Grew up (sort of). Wrote, drank, and played music. Thought it was a novel idea to publish a novel. But novelty doesn't make you rich. So, still, I write.

DOC10is a documentary festival held by Chicago Media Project. The documentaries are intended to raise awareness to various social issues. Saybrook University was lead sponsor for the event and needed a full page ad for placement in their programs.

The copy was crafted after I had viewedthe reels for the films that were slated to be shown at the event.

“Nunc fluens facit tempus,
nunc stans facit aeternitatum.

(The now that passes produces time, the now that remains produces eternity.)”
Boethius, The Consolation of Philosophy

Oscar Wilde
“The world is a stage and the play is badly cast.”
Oscar Wilde

Dr. Seuss
“Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened.”
Dr. Seuss

Dr. Seuss
“Adults are just obsolete children and the hell with them.”

Cormac McCarthy
“Once there were brook trout in the streams in the mountains. You could see them standing in the amber current where the white edges of their fins wimpled softly in the flow. They smelled of moss in your hand. Polished and muscular and torsional. On their backs were vermiculate patterns that were maps of the world in its becoming. Maps and mazes. Of a thing which could not be put back. Not be made right again. In the deep glens where they lived all things were older than man and they hummed of mystery.”
Cormac McCarthy, The Road

My god, I just noticed your comment. That just shows you how inept I am at this whole social thing (I'm just as awkward in real life)

I'm glad you're intrigued by my book. I hope that it doesn't disappoint.

Thank you for accepting my friend request, and I will try to be a better friend in the future.
