Hah. I've gone truant on that school for the past week. (view spoiler) The school may come back to bite me in the @$$ but I shall be prepared for that. Don't read my book! DON'T! Don't you dare read it. It sucks. Like you may change your opinion of my writing sucks.
I try to be a regular blogger but I really am out of thingies to post. I spend hours staring at that white box and then posting nothing at all. I suck. (I blame college for sucking out all my writing skills. Not all, I guess. I do write one mean case review.)
I haven't read Pandora Hearts. I really should. My manga loves might be starting to get angry with me. I shouls stock up on the latest issues ASAP! :/

When I first heard it, I didn't like it but I came to appreciate the song. Everytime I hear that song, I think of Ashuton raging through a city. I have a poem I wrote to its melody for Dragon Spire. It reminds me more of a dragons' rage instead of creation and ending.
Hmmm...the lyrics in that video are incorrect. "Koware" means "die" not "shatter."

The whole song tells a story. That's the best thing about Shimotsuki, Shikata, Mitose and ALI PROJECT: they tell stories. In ALI's case, they sing poetry. That song reminds me of How to Train Your Dragon. Don't know why. Everything sounds like dragons to me. The song also sounds like something you'd hear in Heaven. To quote a YouTube user, "somebody hacked God's iPod." I made it the second theme for my story, The Masked Man. I love Shikata's songs :3

It reminds me of Victorian 1950s mashed up with new age hip hop and thrown into a techno-medieval soup (and a movie theater). That's why I like it so much. It reminds me of my own novel because it takes place in a techno-mash 1500s. You can hear the despair in her voice~! I like how the ending makes the middle part come back to haunt you, remind you of the endless cycle of feelings. You won't hear this in America.

I actually happen to love your reviews, they're actually proper reviews! You say what you liked and didn't, what was good and wasn't and why, instead of ranting about random stuff like I do.
