About this author

Pamela Turner divides her time between writing paranormal and urban fantasy and being her cat’s human scratching post.

After graduating from college, she worked as a secretary, artist model, exotic dancer, and substitute teacher before being hired as a freelance magazine writer for two local publications. After two years of interviewing people, she decided to return to writing fiction. In 2004 she participated in her first National Novel Writing Month challenge, completing a short vampire novel. In 2008 she wrote Death Sword, which was contracted by Lyrical Press in 2010. A screenplay writer, she won second place in The Writers Place Short/Teleplay screenplay competition in 2004 for her short screenplay “Cemetery.”
