Pia is a dirty girl, but she knows you're naughty too. Tongue in cheek, and everywhere else, Pia spends her time running nowhere, avoiding housework, and randomly quoting Placebo lyrics. Now that others are reading her stories, her husband no longer wonders about her obsession with gay men falling in love.

It’s been a week.

Last Monday, I signed paperwork to buy a new home. We slept on an air mattress that night because the movers couldn’t make it back until Tuesday morning.

And that was perfectly okay.

Because it was done. Finished. The home was ours. The trials and tribulations that led up to last Monday are for another day. There were plenty of them. I don’t remember being even half as stressed w...

Started off strong with an interesting dystopian set up but by the time they drew close to a settlement offering some protection and normalcy I'd lost interest.

I would've liked more fleshing out of characters and backstory but overall a good ghost story.

This was my first by this author, picked up simply because it was ghosts and set in a neighboring town, but I'll look into another by him.
More of Pia's books…
Michael Thomas Ford
“So now I'm thinking about it. I'm imagining sitting down with my parents and actually saying, "I'm gay." And you know what? It makes me a little mad. I mean, straight guys don't have to sit their parents down and tell them they like girls.”
Michael Thomas Ford, Suicide Notes

Kathleen Winter
“Whenever she imagined her child, grown up without interference from a judgemental world, she imagined its male and female halves as complementing each other, and as being secretly, almost magically powerful.”
Kathleen Winter, Annabel

Oscar Wilde
“I am so clever that sometimes I don't understand a single word of what I am saying.”
Oscar Wilde, The Happy Prince and Other Stories

Stephen King
“If you don't have time to read, you don't have the time (or the tools) to write. Simple as that.”
Stephen King

Pete Wentz
“We’re sick of hearing people say, “That band is so gay,” or “Those guys are fags.” Gay is not a synonym for shitty. If you wanna say something’s shitty, say it’s shitty. Stop being such homophobic assholes.”
Pete Wentz

At first, I didn't think I'd finish it, but it turned around and left me thinking about the characters. How's the rest of the series?

Bookwatcher Hey Pia,
Yes same thing to me. After we decided to read Litha's Constant Whim together I stop everything to read and and I LOVE IT! It's a marvelous book, and it's a pity it's so short... I loved the years passing... and their love growing!!! So romantic! It's a very remarkable book!
Now... after 2 books I'm current reading I'll read your!

Bookwatcher Thanks for the friendship!
And sorry if I invade you privacy asking about the name thing, but is true! My mother-in-law name is Principia, and everyone call her Pia.
I'm glad you like this name! Hahahahaha
I liked also only Pia, and exist also here only Pia, both Pia and Principia are no so common names in Italy. Depends always where, obviously, and both are used more in south Italy.

Best wishes to your book!
