About this author

Gail Cleare grew up in Princeton, NJ, where she wrote very long short stories and hoped to someday become a professional novelist.

Cleare has written for newspapers, business publications and Fortune 100 companies. In 2010, her first novel, DESTINED, came out as a Kindle Edition E-Book. In 2011 it came out in print. Her second novel, SECRETS WE KEEP, is being edited and is posted on Authonomy.com for your feedback, if you wish to comment.

She lives on an historic farm with her family and three dogs, three cats, twenty-two chickens, black bears, blue herons, rushing streams and wide, windy skies.

Bethanne Elion
“I stood with my hands on the horses' necks, feeling the electricity of their thinking, the blood moving throughout their veins, and the history held neatly within the fabric of every organ of their equine anatomy, as if the body were a storage unit of memory. As I absorbed every nuance of the four-legged creatures, I touched my own stomach, lower back, liver, and spleen to see what the energies felt like. I compared one horse to another, then to myself, fascinated by the way each was so unique yet so the same.”
