Even at a murder scene, a detective can take a break to playfully strum a tune. The detectives used gallows humor and practical jokes to cope with a very difficult job. I found the humor jarring at first but as time wore on, I truly understood and appreciated it. Andre Brooks Sr. Feel free to share. A Good Month for Murder by Del Quentin Wilber
"Interesting, and a fast-paced read, but I wanted more detail, especially on the outcome of the cases the author followed in February 2013."

"Great overall. Not sure I would have been as captivated had I not lived near PG county and known the places he referenced. He did a great job capturing the detectives and the complexity of murder investigations. "

I very much enjoyed this concise volume. Learned a bit about science/physics/the nature of the universe. Rovelli skillfully deployed metaphor, and the book is actually about much more than physics. I actually recommend reading it twice.
