Delilah Des Anges's Blog: Des Anges/House of D Updates
February 10, 2012
A number of my titles are now available on the Kindle Store; The Other Daughter has general release on Lulu.com and Amazon; and currently for eBook only, I have also released a collection of poetry, Year of the Ghost.
I'm in the process of plotting out my next (serialised!) grand project, The Advent Chronicles, and the most recently-written one, As Simple As Hunger, will enter the process of rewrites and editing over the spring and summer.

Hello everybody!
Tiny Fictions 2011, a digest of all the Tiny Fictions releases from 2011, has been released in good time for Christmas, and is the perfect size for a stocking-filler. It is also available as an eBook.
Meanwhile The Other Daughter has returned from the continuity editor, and is awaiting some changes before it can go to the first proof-reader. A tentative release date is the New Year.
And currently in the first draft stages is As Simple As Hunger, a slightly steampunk fantasy novel filled with giant bugs. Why? Just because, okay. Just because.

Tiny Fictions #4 is all set to go, with cover design and all else in place, and will be released sometime before October. It is the last Tiny Fictions of the year.
Protect Me From What I Want, a cold-case noir novella set on the Channel Islands, is currently with a proof reader and will be available by November.
The Other Daughter, a dark and horrifying tale of Shakespearean revenge (with a few laughs, too) is currently with a continuity editor, and after being proof-read and edited it should hopefully be out in time for Christmas.
Hamilton will be removed from sale on Kindle on the 1st of September, so if you still don't own a copy you'd better hurry!

Poems for Médecins Sans Frontières is now available to buy. The profits from this book are all donated to Médecins Sans Frontières, improving both the lives of people around the world and also your karma.
Meanwhile, Tiny Fictions #3: Soldiers, Fathers & Failures is almost ready to be published publically, as I am waiting to approve the proof copy, and The Other Daughter is within a few thousand words of a finished first draft. Protect Me From What I Want, an unusual crime story set on the Channel Islands, is in the process of being edited.

"Poems for MSF" (working title), a collection of 3 years of poetry-marathon poems written to raise funds for Medecines Sans Frontiere and to be published in book form in order to raise more money for this worthy charity, is near completion: the only thing missing is the cover. It should be on sale by the 1st of June, if not sooner.
Also in June, the first round of edits on "Protect Me From What I Want", a noir/detective novella, will begin. The rewriting process should only take until September, all being well.
In July, "Tiny Fictions #3: Soldiers, Fathers & Failures" will be available to buy.
And finally: Hamilton will be removed from sale permanently on the 31st of May.

How Not to Write by Someone Who Doesn't is now available to buy!
This is a collection of rants, essays, lists, and other marginalia and arguments relating to the awfulness that is attempting to write novels, short stories, and poetry.
No progress reports for any other books at present (though there are several poetry collections which are in need of a proof-reader, and at least one draft novel which needs editing soon), but a reminder that Hamilton will be removed from sale permanently on the 31st of May 2011.
