About this author

I’ve got a thing for love stories and superheroes. I’m working on something I call the Talent Chronicles. This series began with my desire for more superheroes! More romance! More Superhero!Romance.

Talents are people born with supernatural abilities, trying to find their way in a world that fears and wants to control them. I like to explore how the things that make us different from each other sometimes make life difficult, and sometimes are the making of us. I continue to be charmed by this series and can't wait for the next one. Kali's ability to rescue herself is dead awesome. Cedar's as awed by her as I am. And Kali's totally clueless about it. How awesome is that? Very.

“Marco, honey, I'm gonna have to wreck your fantasy and tell that not only are Joss and I not involved with each other, and not only are we both straight-which you'd think any straight guy would realize-but I would do her and half the guys at this table before I would even let you watch me change my shoes"

“You realize, of course, that you are a complete idiot.

Susan Bischoff, Hush Money

“How could I explain why I'd acted that way? How could I explain how scary it was, to find out that I needed her so much? Was I supposed to tell her how she'd changed everything? Like how U hadn't even realized how bad I felt until she'd made it better, just by looking at me. Like how I thought she was awesome, bad-ass ninja, and what I hated was the fact that I knew I couldn't protect her, when that's all I wanted to do. How could I explain, without sounding like a complete asshole, that I was so afraid of losing her I pushed her away?

I couldn't.”

Stephanie I LOVE the Talent Chronicles series! Is there any update on when Heroes Under Siege will be released? I'm one of those nerds who keeps a spreadsheet of what to read, what's coming out, etc & it makes me sad to see "TBA" on my sheet every time I look for the book. :)
Thanks!!
