About this author

Wayne Zurl worked as a police officer for twenty years and retired from New York to East Tennessee. In 2006 he began to write crime fiction. Seven of his novelettes have been published as audio books and Kindle books. In January 2011, his first novel, A NEW PROSPECT, will be published in book form. The story follows the adventures of an ex-New York detective who finds a job as police chief in a small Tennessee city."

I've read several of Philip Craig's JW Jackson mysteries and like this one best. It's a classic "how'd they do it?" as well as a whodunnit? Craig focusses more on the crime and how could it possibly happen than getting lost in a Martha's Vineyard tra...more
