I unashamedly read, write and love romance books. I adore the weight of a book in hand and the anticipation of a happy ending. I love the journey, the word play and the magic of story. Nothing's better than reading a good book...except writing one. You can learn more about me and my award-winning romances at http://www.liztalleybooks.com

I wrote a sexy short called Hotter in Atlanta for Amazon and liked the concept of visiting different cities in a riff on Sex and the City. Combining that with my love of small town and the South, I struck upon this idea. The charm bracelet was my take on Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. As for characters, Rosemary is more like me, but I really like Eden a lot. I'm writing her book now (it's in New Orleans) and she's like steel - quietly doing what she needs to do, but extremely tough.

As to Magnolia Bend, I hope to return to do Matt's story, but I don't have a date as to when that will be. I have a few other books coming out at the end of 2015 and the beginning of 2016 before I can write Matt's story. But I love Magnolia Bend and will likely go back there as soon as I can work the logistics out. Thank you for reading :)(less)

Well, it’s our last post for the angel blog, and we both feel extremely blessed to have shared the last two weeks with readers who have given us the gift of holiday spirit. True Christmas spirit (or Chunnukah) is not measured by gifts and ribbbons and wrappings, but rather in the smiles of family, friends….and perfect strangers who give a piece of themselves. We thank you for giving us your sto...

Wonderful read that's emotional and will tug at your heartstrings. Well-written and what seems to be a typical romance in the beginning, shatters into a layered, gritty tale of strength and courage.

I'm sometimes meh on mixing romance with suspense. I think it's hard to pull off, but I think this book did a great job of keeping the developing romance between the hero and heroine realistic. The writing is very good and the pacing is perf
