About this author

Peter Koevari is a writer that holds fantasy dearly close to his heart. From an early age, he was immersed in all media of fantasy that he could get his hands on. Memories of movies such as The Dark Crystal, Labyrinth, Star Wars, Conan, The Last Starfighter, The Princess Bride, and many more are cherished memories of fantasy nostalgia.

Peter’s hunger for storytelling was growing from a young age. Feeding off movies, video games, and books, the hunger had never been quenched. There was a yearning for something, as if he was enchanted by a spell and did not know how to release it.
The worlds held inside his imagination had to be shared with readers of the world.

It took over 10 long years to unlock the doors to worlds such as Marithia, and to pe

Legends of Marithia III is mostly written, and waiting for me to dive into, and my sci-fi book, Mind Jacked, is begging for attention.

I grew up with a lot of fantasy movies, and started reading fantasy when I was a teenager. The first fantasy novels I read was the Liveship Traders series by Robin Hobb. I loved the books!

I also spent many years playing video games. Certainly not as much these days.

Legends of Marithia was spawned by all the things I love about fantasy, and a story that was mulling around my brain for many years. Characters and situations were inspired by many things, people, events, etc. Finally, I can call the War of Prophecies (Books I-III) trilogy done.

Interestingly, the story I had planned, and the story I ended up with, are different in so many ways.

My next project is a sci-fi novel, and that was inspired by many things such as The Walking Dead, alien invasion movies, my love of technology, and an old TV show called "Quantum Leap"

Greetings Legends of Marithia fans!

I’ve been a busy bee, which is why you haven’t seen many blogs from me. I can tell you though, that much has happened.

I did launch a Kickstarter for the Marvel DC comic, which failed to be funded. I figured, it’s most likely as the work is not done. So, the good news is, that the comic book is proceeding, without crowdfunding! Oh yes, expect to hear more soon,...

Jess Thanks a ton for adding me. I must say, your quotes are fascinating. This one: "To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all.” is amazing.
I have one from Oscar Wilde - though I could have many more - that you might like:

“The true artist is a man who believes absolutely in himself, because he is absolutely himself.”

Michele ~ la Smoocherina I look forward to your books! -M:)
