Danielle Llanes (1979- ) was born in Corpus Christi, Texas, grew up traveling the country with her mother and finally settled in Palm Springs, CA. She has been an artist, cotton candymaker, chihuahua trainer and professional student. A longtime fan of National Novel Writing Month - in 2009 she took the challenge and completed her first novel, Cut. When she isn't writing, Ms. Llanes likes to craft, paint and has been known to search for new cupcakeries.
