You will know Eden Winters by her distinctive white plumage and exuberant cry of “Hey, y’all!” in a Southern US drawl so thick it renders even the simplest of words unrecognizable. Watch out, she hugs!

Driven by insatiable curiosity, she possibly holds the world’s record for curriculum changes to the point that she’s never quite earned a degree but is a force to be reckoned with at Trivial Pursuit.

She’s trudged down hallways with police detectives, learned to disarm knife-wielding bad guys, and witnessed the correct way to blow doors off buildings. Hi, Sandi! I love way too many m/m books too!

I'm currently working on book five in the Diversion series, but it's too early to say when Redemption might publish. I'm hoping by next summer.

I'm planning four more books in this series: Redemption, Reunion, and the tentatively titled Promotion and Domestication. I've read tons of research material and could probably write many more, but the current plot arc rounds out at eight. You never know, though!(less)
Eden Winters I'm hard at work on the fourth and fifth installments of the Diversion series. Look for the next one, Manipulation, to publish this fall.

Normally I post about early literary influences, but tonight I picked an artist on my iPod to play, only to have the songs bring back quite a few memories.

I grew up on a farm way out in the middle of nowhere, rather isolated, no kids around to visit or play with except my siblings and we were usually fighting. Mom played country music and Grandma played gospel.

Ever heard of Kitty Wells? Wendy B... Read more of this blog post »
