Stephen Moore is an English actor known for roles on television, stage, and radio. Previously married four times, Moore's current wife is Noelyn George. He has five children.

For the television and radio adaptations of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Moore voiced many characters, notably Marvin the Paranoid Android. He has also narrated an audio cassette edition of the first book in the series.

In 2009, Moore played the Prime Minister in the film The Boat That Rocked (Pirate Radio in the United States).
