Eliza Cross is the author of five books, including her latest cookbook 101 Things To Do With Bacon published in 2011 by Gibbs Smith and now in its third printing. In 2009 she and Darla Worden co-authored The Rusty Parrot Cookbook (Gibbs Smith) and in 2006 Northland Publishing released Family Home of the New West, which won the Colorado Authors League Top Hand Award for Best Service and Informational Nonfiction Book. She is also the author of two editions of the award-winning Food Lovers' Guide to Colorado (Morris Book Publishing, 2003 and 2006).

More than 250 of Eliza's articles have appeared in a variety of publications including Parents, Writers' Digest and Natural Home. She is a regular contributor to Mountain Living magazine, and a Senio...more
