His first novel, Ready Player One, was a New York Times and USA Today bestseller, appeared on numerous “best of the year” lists, and is set to be adapted into a motion picture by Warner Bros. and director Steven Spielberg. Ernie lives in Austin, Texas, with his family, a time-traveling DeLorean, and a large collection of classic video games.

Behold! This is the kick ass cover of the paperback edition of my second novel, ARMADA, created by the incredibly talented artist Sam Spratt. I think his illustration captures the spirit of the story perfectly, in a style that evokes many of the classic sci-fi paperbacks that inspired me to write it. I hope you dig it as much as I do!

The paperback will be published on April 12, 2016. (You can...

“All good books are alike in that they are truer than if they had really happened and after you are finished reading one you will feel that all that happened to you and afterwards it all belongs to you: the good and the bad, the ecstasy, the remorse and sorrow, the people and the places and how the weather was. If you can get so that you can give that to people, then you are a writer.”
Ernest Hemingway

Paula Thanks for friending! What a thrill for me - Ready Player One is officially #1 of my all-time favorite books. As a techie, sci-fi lover and a tv/music/atari lovin teenager of the 80s, it was like the book was written just for me! To say I am a fan is an understatement! Can't wait to read more of your work!
