<about><![CDATA[Currently, I am enjoying my retirement in much needed reading and writing. The gracious Lord of glory has provided to me this golden era to relax, have fun, and enjoy life.
However, for many years, I was intensely involved in pursuing an education so that I could adequately compete in the professional world. In fact, most people who knew me at that time considered me to be a professional student. Nonetheless, after spending nearly twenty years in colleges and universities, I was fortunate to earn six college degrees, including two graduate degrees.
At the same time, I entered a professional career in the Computer Systems and Management profession eventually getting into management. During that time, I was afforded opportunities to do a lot of traveling; particularly, overseas travels. I have been very privileged to travel to Europe several times; having been to Rome, Paris, London, Belgium, and Amsterdam. I also have visited three of the largest cities in Canada, i.e., Vancouver, Toronto, and Montreal.
Additionally, I have traveled to many of the islands; i.e., Bahamas, Jamaica, St. Kitts, Nevis, and San Juan, Puerto Rico. I spent thirty days on the lovely islands of St. Kitts and Nevis completing residency for a PhD degree.
Moreover, I have also traveled to several cities in Mexico; namely, Juarez, Tijuana, and Mexico City. I have also spent some time in the Far East in both Tokyo and Okayama Japan and South Korea.
As I got older, however, I decided to follow my namesake, I became a published writer. Although I am strictly a Christian writer, I write both fiction and non-fiction. I am the author of two faith oriented romance novels currently on the market: (1) An historical Romance (Lavina: The Saga of an African Princess), and (2) Biblical romance fiction (Ruth of Moab: Triumph of a Daughter's Love).
Additionally, I am an avid Bible reader - having read the entire New Testament in three different languages (English, Spanish, and Greek). I am currently studying Hebrew to be able to do more study on the Old Testament and Israel.
Lastly, I am also an active Pentecostal minister in the COGIC faith.
