About this author

SONYA CHUNG’s stories, review, & essays have appeared in The Threepenny Review, Crab Orchard Review, Sonora Review, and BOMB Magazine, among others. She is a recipient of a Pushcart Prize nomination, the Charles Johnson Fiction Award, and the Bronx Council on the Arts Writers’ Fellowship & Residency. She has recently joined the faculty of the Creative Writing Program at Columbia University. Long for This World is her first novel.

I’ll be spending the next month at an artists’ colony – four much-needed weeks in the woods, mostly off-the-grid, before teaching again in July. So: I’ll see you all on the other side!
