"Fighting the Devil" is a true crime book and my debut book. I am proud to say that it was the 2011 NATIONAL INDIE EXCELLENCE AWARDS TRUE CRIME FINALIST and 2010 BOOK OF THE YEAR AWARDS TRUE CRIME WINNER.
I have also written other true stories - "The Rain Snake", "I Saw the Light", "Thomas, The Friendly Ghost".
"Fighting the Devil" is a True Crime Story about the arsenic murder of a Texas millionaire, who was my ex-husband. I became a sleuth and played a key role in helping law enforcement investigate many aspects of the murder. I felt compelled to write the book because of the horrible way the father of my two children was murdered with arsenic poison in a long, painful death.
