Jenna Elizabeth Johnson is a best-selling, multi-award winning author of Fantasy and Young Adult Paranormal Romance.

Jenna has cherished her imagination since the day she discovered it (probably around the age of two) and has enjoyed the many adventures and retreats it has offered her since. Miss Johnson grew up and still resides on the Central Coast of California, the very place where the Legend of Oescienne began to blossom into the epic it has become. "The province of Oescienne is based primarily on the topography of this area, and some specific locations in the novel reflect actual sites. These places are dear to me, and I wanted to share their natural magic with those who might read my books."

Miss Johnson has a BA in Art Practice with

The events in Ghalien happen before Luathara. This short novel takes place between Faelorehn and Dolmarehn. It covers what is happening during the summer while Cade is absent. However, it is probably best to read Luathara first because there might be a few spoilers ;). Included with Ghalien (at the end of the book) are two scenes from Dolmarehn told from Cade's perspective. If you've read the original trilogy (Faelorehn, Dolmarehn and Luathara) then it is safe to read Ghalien. (less)

"Having read Ms. Johnson's other work (and being a fan) I think this story is her most well written yet. It has a poeticness that reads throughout the book. The historical/celtic mythology feel and being in the Otherworld ties it to the rest of the..." Read more of this review »

"This book started off fairly interesting take on the Celtic fae genre but snuck in and cemented a teenage girl pining for the mysterious older man with a splattering of high school angst. I did read the whole book (except for the parts I skimmed)..." Read more of this review »
Faelorehn by Jenna Elizabeth Johnson
"Loved!!! Light read with really good Celtic mythology. A sense of mystery to it as well. Really interested to find out exactly who or what our heroine is. Kudos to the author for such a well developed saga. Onward to the next book."
