“Sometimes girls, especially those whose tastes aren't routine, don't get a fair break. Too many of us have been bred to timidity. That is why those who escape must run, not stroll, toward what they desire. They mustn't look back. They mustn't question their own instincts. And they mustn't listen to the naysayers. If they can only follow their own true course, well then, they will be as renowned for their bravery as the greatest men are.”

“Dogs get after big living. They seem illiterate of worry, yet able to read joys that elude us. They quietly shout to us: Wag your backside to music instead of your tongue to malice.”

“The best moments in reading are when you come across something - a thought, a feeling, a way of looking at things - which you had thought special and particular to you. And now, here it is, set down by someone else, a person you have never met, someone even who is long dead. And it is as if a hand has come out, and taken yours”

C.J. HeckHello Tasha,
It's such a pleasure having you as a friend. Thank you!
My warmest regards and best wishes,
CJ
I'm way behind on typing up reviews I have close to 30 books to take my notes and turn them into GR reviews... Ouch I need to do better at staying on top of them. I've read some good books and some not so good but nothing really bad.
After weeks or even over a month all my library books on hold came in. That's about 15 books to read and review not including other books I've committed to review. Wheee time to really hide in the bedroom and read. Who is making sure I eat and drink enough water?
John wrote: "Loving the Jewish Vampire quotes... Had me snorting through my coffee!"Thanks I had fun creating them and finally remembered to copy them over here from my blog. I guess I won't be putting a warning "no coffee harmed while creating these quotes"...
Hi Tasha! Thanks for your friendship. I’m Gusto Dave Jackson Publicist for Rocky Mountain Fiction Writers and I wouldn’t be worth my salt if I didn’t tout our blog and organization. Chiseled in Rock http://chiseledinrock.blogspot.com features side-splitting satire and some flash fiction for intellectual readers.
This week on the Rock: Classic Love Triangle (comedy video with animals), in Monday’s interview with agent AMANDA LUEDEKE she hints at what the next wave in genres will be, and erotic romance writer E.C. STACY offers up another warped cartoon.
RMFW has several bestselling authors such as NYT Bestseller JEANNE STEIN and J.A. KAZIMER. You have an open invitation to the “The Rock” for contests, entertainment, and an insight to the world of writing! Let’s follow each others’ blogs!

Hello Tasha,
