I've always loved paranormal and psychological thrillers, and I combine elements from those genres in my novels. I particularly enjoy creating all sorts of characters: likeable, despicable, tortured, and those "gray" characters you can't quite decide whether to love or hate. Nerd on the run

I run for various reasons. I like to be fit, running is great cardiovascular exercise, and my mind gets to wander where it will as my feet pound along. Also, running is a great reason to venture out in the cool early morning air during a Tucson summer, and man does it feel great to jump in the pool immediately upon my return home. Another excellent read by Jeff Strand. Engaging characters, great pace, good twists, horrific, and funny. This reader ate through it like a hungry parasite.

I wanted to like it and give it a better rating, but I didn't quite make it half way through, so I can't justify a better rating than 2 stars. I like the concept and some of the ideas being developed, but the novel is clunky and seemed directionless...more
