About this author

I live in Burbank, CA, right behind the Hollywood sign--up the street from Universal, Warner Bros, Disney, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, ABC, NBC, BBC and nearly every movie and music company there is.

I am a screenwriter, ghostwriter and author of "I Followed My Bliss to Bankruptcy--What I Wish I Knew Before I Moved to Hollywood." (5 Stars on Amazon--yeah boi)

I blog insider tips for writers, actors, musicians and anyone interested in Hollywood and the entertainment business at: http://www.trlocke.com

Michael Parenti
“The essence of capitalism is to turn nature into commodities and commodities into capital. The live green earth is transformed into dead gold bricks, with luxury items for the few and toxic slag heaps for the many. The glittering mansion overlooks a vast sprawl of shanty towns, wherein a desperate, demoralized humanity is kept in line with drugs, television, and armed force.”
Michael Parenti, Against Empire
