"The Adirondacks that are the Other Half of Me" is Mary's first book. She has been published in numerous other venues but she is especially excited about the book's sucess; it was released in June of 2009.
Mary is the only child of a Scottish immigrant mother and a first generation Italian-American father; she celebrated in a family proud of their heritage. Prouder still were they, to be Americans.
She was raised in a home filled with a bounty of love, pets, art, books, and music, which enabled her to develop a wide array of interests. Along with those experiences, were lessons teaching respect for herself, for others, and for life in general.

I have just put my blogs on a shortcut on my desktop; the chances are better if I see it every time I open my desktop I may- just may- remember to post more regularly!

Very good book. Delivered in the manner as if the author was telling the story to the reader solely. I honestly thought I would not like it, but was extremely and pleasantly surprised. I liked it very much!
