My lovely evil assistant Jennifer passed along a message from a sharp-eyed reader about a person on ebay who is illegally selling electronic versions of some of my books.

What annoys me vastly is the fact that this person has clearly been utilizing illegal feeds for the books because the majority of the books she is (illegally) selling have not been formatted by the publishers in electronic format.

A little late today because…um…well, OK, I don’t have a really good excuse. I did tackle the reader request stack today, and beat it down to the point where I’m at letters postmarked approximately January 9th of this year, which is a minor miracle, frankly.

One of the ladies on my message forum just lost a beloved dog. As an animal lover, I always get weepy-eyed whenever someone talks about their furry child leaving them, and this time was no different.  Just as a tragedy will cause you to hug your loved ones, so the death of someone’s pet causes me to cherish my four-legged babies. So with that thought in mind, my good news for the week is that my dogs are all healthy and happy, and driving me insane as is their wont.
