EXCERPT (Rated R) from "A Christmas Bonus" (Gay & Lesbian)
1 chapters   —   updated Oct 06, 2012 03:40pm
Description: Alec Compton's dream job at a Wall Street investment firm is on the line if he can't close a make-or-break takeover deal by the end of the year. The buyer is none other than world-renowned billionaire and corporate raider Brant Linton, recently named one of the hottest and most eligible gay businessmen. Electricity crackles at their first meeting, and Alec's thoughts drift far from business, despite his distaste for Brant's business practices. When Brant takes off early to spend Christmas with his sister's family on the exclusive French Polynesian island of Taha'a, Alec has no choice but to follow if he wants to get Brant to sign on the dotted line. But Brant's sister has forbidden him from conducting business during the holidays and Alec must masquerade as Brant's boyfriend. Then business turns into pleasure, but neither Brant nor Alec know whether the other is there for the deal, or for something more personal in EM Lynley's sizzling holiday novella A CHRISTMAS BONUS.
EXCERPTS: Italian Ice (Gay & Lesbian)
1 chapters   —   updated Sep 25, 2012 07:42am
Description: In this exciting sequel to Rarer Than Rubies, gay romance author Trent Copeland and former FBI agent Reed Action head to Italy for a Roman holiday. What should be a relaxing and romantic vacation is interrupted when Reed’s not-so-former boss asks for his help with a case. Trent's shocked to discover in the six months they’ve been living together in LA, Reed hasn’t been completely honest about his “retirement.” Reed heads for Sicily on the trail of a suspected antiquities-smuggling ring and to find Peter Isett—a former FBI partner he also hasn’t been completely truthful about. Stung by Reed’s dishonesty, Trent questions what else Reed might be hiding. But when he overhears something that tells him Reed's life is in danger, Trent follows Reed to a remote chain of ancient volcanic islands off Sicily's northern coast. Soon Trent is caught up in the smugglers’ web, and Reed must decide between his heart and his mission—a decision complicated by his past with Peter. Reed’s position is perilous: unless he can learn to put the past behind him, he risks destroying everything he's built with Trent.

Description: When Trent Copeland runs into Reed Acton at a Bangkok airport, he thinks the handsome American is too good to be true. Why would someone like Reed be interested in a quiet, introverted gay-romance writer? After all, even an obvious tourist like Trent can see that there is more to Reed's constant unexplained appearances in his path than meets the eye. Reed Acton has one mission and one mission only: he needs to get the map that was accidentally slipped into Trent's bag and keep the mobsters who want the priceless artifact from taking deadly revenge. Trent Copeland is a delicious and damned near irresistible diversion, but Reed can't afford distractions right now, especially if he wants to keep Trent safe. From Bangkok's seediest back alleys to the sacred north, the two men will fight to stay one step ahead of the bad guys and learn that the only treasure worth finding is... each other. NOTE: This is a second edition, expanded and completely re-edited by Dreamspinner Press, from an earlier e-book release, originally published by Ravenous Romance, titled Thief of Hearts: Tempted in Thailand.

Hi Tammy! Thanks so much for asking. I'm working on Jaded, book 3, right now. We're hoping for October as a release date, with book 4 hopefully not too far behind. I hope to finish that one over the summer.

Oh my goodness! Working before work and after! Ok, you win! :)

New schedules are always hard. Just getting out of one habit and into another and getting your body adjusted to it takes some time. I'm in Florida, but we just moved from the northeast and we're so far west in FL that we're in central time zone now. I'm still waking up between 5:30-6am here instead of 6:30-7. Although, I've found that I can get a ton done in the mornings before my daughter wakes up, so I may just keep getting up at the crack of dawn!

Well, Friday is pretty much over now! Yay! Have a wonderful weekend!

That's a good thing to concentrate on! Only a few more hrs until your weekend can start! I'm a stay-at-home mom at the moment, so everyday is a work day. :D And I think I'm trying to get an award in procrastination this morning. I've made lists though, so that's progress, right?
