Andrew Blackman's first novel, On the Holloway Road, was published by Legend Press in February 2009. The book won the Luke Bitmead Writer’s Bursary and the Novel Beginnings First Chapter Contest, and has been shortlisted for the Dundee International Book Prize.
Blackman recently moved back to the UK after spending six years in New York, where he worked as a staff reporter for the Wall Street Journal. He has a Bachelor’s degree in modern history from Oxford University and a Master’s degree in journalism from Columbia University.
