About this author

I hear voices. Loud. Incessant. And very real. Which basically gives me two options: choke back massive amounts of Prozac or write fiction. I chose the latter. Way cheaper. I've been writing since I discovered blank wall space and Crayolas. I seek to glorify God in all that I write...except for that graffiti phase I went through as a teenager. Oops. Did I say that out loud?

Beautiful and beguiling EMILY PAYNE is more treacherous than a city full of miscreants and thugs, for she’s a thief of the hig... Read more of this blog post »

"1807 England. Enter hero Nicholas Brentwood and damsel Emily Payne. Reminiscent of the Thin Man stories, complete with steamy scenes and a dog. Add in the solid faith of our hero, and you have an excellent tale.

Nicholas has a sister who is dying...." Read more of this review »

John Milton, Areopagitica

Rebornbutterfly I have so many favorites! My constant favorite is Jane Austen. I haven't read any Georgette Heyer books, and i've been wanting to! which of hers would you recommend?

Lisa Greetings! I feel like deja vu since I had just started to get ready for our interview. It's good to see you here. Did you read all the Mary Stewart books? I didn't think I was going to start plugging in everything I read, but every once in a while, I recall someone I loved and then have to sort through them. Am I about the only other person who has an actual copy of hte Areopagitica on her living room book shelf? We had to study it in college.
